My First Car

Found some pictures of my first car (well,  since I've been single)  and I came across this one.  It was taken while I was at work, the day I was taking my car (Ziggy) in for part exchange  for my Hyundai i20.  My old faithful car  was gonna get scrapped, under the government scrappage scheme.  My 2 friends from work ended up posing on my poor condemned car!   Lol

Watched the film Paranormal Activity........and it was......a disappointment!  I thought I was gonna get  scared to death and have trouble driving home on my own!  Jeeeez! Had a lovely evening though and a good laugh.  I even brought some DVDs home to watch at the weekend, as I have to stay in cos I have massively over spent this month.  Thanks Sam, Jordan and Susie Q  Mawah xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Looks like I am going to be getting this camera for christmas. Although, not one I had thought of getting but a friend at work is getting rid of her old one. She has only had it twelve months but its too complicated for her and she has gone and bought herself a less complex one. Originally she paid around £400 for it but is offering it to me for £70. Its a whole lot of camera for the money and I would be a fool not to get it. Had a little play with it this evening and it is quite technical but not too hard to find my way round.  Here's to happy snapping!!  Well, after christmas  anyhow......

New Moon @ Liverpool One

Had a very girly evening tonight.   Five of us all went to watch New Moon.  We started off our evening in Zizzi, an Italian.  Which was all in keeping with the film as some of it was based in Italy.   Lovely food and a lovely night.   

I do have one problem.......I cannot choose between Team Edward or Team Jacob!  Maybe I should take a leaf out of Mickys book and opt for Team Charlie!!!!

There's a New Moon tonight!!

New moon on at the cinema tonight.  Driving to Liverpool, eating at a place called Zizzi's.  Apparently its fantastic!!!

Had a but of a late one, last night.  So I'm hoping I don't get sleepy and miss half of it!!

Afternoon Tea at Slatterys

Had a lovely afternoon with mumsy!

Took a few pics of the upstairs this time, its so lovely and tastful.   Found a great wedding cake, downstairs in the the shop!  Hahaha I took a pic, cos I thought the bride, on the cake looked a little like me. 

Had to top lunch off with a cheeky banoffi pie and swilled it down with a pot of gun powder green tea.  Good times! 

Herbal tea

I had some amazing tea today!  It wasn't green, it was chinese herbal tea.  I was expecting little green leaves at the bottom of my cup....instead I got what looked like the sweepings up from the local woods!  Hahaha Tasted good though!  I just need someone to go back over to Hong Kong now and bring me back a bag of it :-)

Had my nails done today too.  I'm now back to boring french manicure.  I think I needed to conform for a while....that and they were alot cheaper.

Off to Slatterys tomorrow with my mum (our Rita) for afternoon tea....how very British!  Hahaha  I will be playing cricket next and having cucumber sandwiches.

Cross Purposes

I'm in a pickle!    I have bought a Cross pen and leather holder for a christmas gift.  The problem being.....I think they look rather snazzy and I now really want them for myself.  Would it be really bad, if I kept them?!

Christmas Caravaning

Just got back from the caravan and what a lovely weekend we have had. I have seriously spent up!!!   Got some nice little stocking fillers and had good food, good company and lots of plonk!  Bliss

I was on my way to work this morning and what did I see?!  Only some girl, riding her bike (sounds normal, so far)  but with her PJ's on! No mistaking they were pj's as they had rather large brown teddy bears on them!  I wonder if she had left the house in a rush and forgot to dress herself properly?!  Or maybe she had read  this quirky article....lol

New Caravan!

The folks are getting a new caravan!! They are Picking this baby up at the end of the month.  Thus making, this weekend away will be the last time in our Stirling Eccles Opal.  We will have to give it a good send off!!!   I'm sure we will, if past experiences are anything to go by  :-)
