My works Christmas Party.

Sam and I got to the Marriott around 5pm, which sounds good and it would have been if we hadn't have had water dripping through our bathroom ceiling!  So we had to have a room change, bearing in mind all this to-ing and fro-ing takes up valuable "getting ready" time!  We had to cut sort our little, drinky at the bar too, to deal with all the drama.

The rooms are great though and it was worth waiting for a dry one!

We had a lovely evening...I even got up and danced!  Hahaha

It was a beautiful  bright crisp morning when we woke up  and  I

found a beautiful water feature in one of the gardens.

One my way home it started to snow....how very festive :-)

Gonna order new sneakers for my all-dayer in February.  Great, I get to have new shoes and a whole new outfit and thats just for the classes during the day!!!

Chippendale?! Maybe not!!!

This is an old post from 10/02/07 on my old msn space page.  Just made me laugh when I read it tonight........but I'm sort of in the same frame of mind today though. How come the only men that shows an interest in me lately is either well over 50, or has Lego hair!!!!!!!!!  Hahahah ya have to laugh, or ya'd just throw yourself off the nearest building!

OK.....So I know I'm no Angelina Jolie or Penelope Cruz but can someone please tell me that I'm worth more than this?!!!







Is this what being single in your (almost) mid-thirties means. Left on the scrap-heap, the shelf, with only the clinically insane men left? I give you this man who "wants to get to know me!" Do I look like I want to spend the rest of my life with a guy who goes round looking like he has a fake nose and beard, attatched to his face! I think not, my life hs been tragic enough...........

Christmas shopping- the TK Maxx way.

Did a little christmas shopping on my way home from work.  Tk Maxx is amazing for gifts!!  Got almost all of them.  Gonna get book tokens, from Waterstones,  for the children. Just need to get the wrapping done now but I think I will leave that job for the weekend, I'm planning to do that on Saturday, cos I will be fit for nothing else, after my Works night out at the Marriot!! Hahaha  I'm gonna be a good girl this year...NO HANGOVER!  Fingers crossed!
