Alli Diet Plan

I have been on sort of health kick since the New Year, no more drinking in the week and snacking during the day, blah blah. I have just got to lose weight and get myself under control. 

 I saw an advert on tv yesterday about a diet pill and I guess impulsively, went and bought some online.  Its only today that I go online and find out more about them (via doctors and peoples feed back)

The top three side effects of oily stat are: fecal incontinence, oil spotting, and my all time favorite, flatus with discharge. Any of these side effects can lead to a most unpleasant social situation.


Sounds just dandy, doesn't it?!  

Shopping in the big city

Ventured into the big city for a spot of retail therapy and something nice to eat. I Bought a couple of tops for my all-dayer classes, which is next weekend (gosh, thats come round fast!)
Had lunch in All-Bar-One (it was a change from The Living Room) and it was very nice, I shall be heading back very soon :-)
